PURPOSE:The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Recorder’s Office, is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide As Needed Document Scanning Services.MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet this minimum requirement: Ten years of experience performing document scanning services.Offerors must detail in their proposal how they meet the minimum requirement above.
