Bids must be received by the Town Clerk Alyson Morris, W3728 Franklin Walsh Street, P.O. box 130 Zenda, WI 53195. The Town Board has the right to accept or reject any and all bids and accept the bid most advantageous to the Town. The bid shall include new galvanized steel guardrail beams set on treated wooden posts with galvanized hardware. 3. End terminals (2) shall be round buffer ends. 4. The Town will provide a location for the disposal of the existing wood posts and guardrail beams; it shall be the contractors responsibility for any other material
