Description: Description:The City of Campbell is pleased to be issuing a request for proposals (RFP) to prepare a transportation impact analysis (TIA) for the proposed development (PLN 2024-45) located at 2060 South Bascom Avenue. The project site is located on the southeast corner of the Bascom Avenue/Arroyo Seco Drive intersection. The application proposes to construct an approximate 6,005 square foot Chick-fil-A Restaurant without a drive-through window. The existing 5,399 square foot Denny’s Restaurant building would be demolished as part of the project. Depending on the anticipated AM and PM peak hour project trip generation, the City may require a focused traffic study or a full TIA per VTA’s TIA Guidelines.
