Box 100360, Anchorage, AK 99510-0360, to appropriate water as follows: To withdraw up to 22,556,000 gallons of water/or ice aggregate per year from June 1
st through May 31
st from a flooded mine site known as ASRC Mine Site (2005 Pit), located within Section 11, T10N, R5E, Umiat Meridian. Water use is for Oil and Gas Exploration, Development, Operations and Maintenance activities, including public water supply within the Tofkat Oil and Gas

Leasing Unit and other lands onshore or offshore for up to thirty miles from the water take point.The public is invited to comment on these actions. For further information on the subject, please contact Henry Brooks at the above address or telephone number or at e-mail address
