2024-04 LEAF COLLECTOR TRUCK BID PACKET

Bids will be selected based upon criteria established by the City of Sandersville. All bids will be reviewed by city staff and award will be based upon the bid which is determined most beneficial to the city’s needs. ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT The city shall not accept nor make payment for the equipment until the unit is delivered in a complete and operational state. The unit must be demonstrated to be fully functional and the operator(s) must receive training prior to acceptance of the unit. Operators will be defined as those employees who are currently skilled in operating equipment used in the collection of leaf and limb debris. BID REQUIREMENTS 1. The bid must be submitted prior to bid deadline of Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 3:00pm - at which time a bid opening will take place at Sandersville City Hall, 141 W. Haynes Street, Sandersville, GA 31082. 2. Three (3) copies of the bid shall be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked “LEAF COLLECTOR TRUCK”. All shipping materials must
