The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of the Transportation and Land Management Agency (TLMA) is soliciting quotations for Signal Parts and lighting as detailed in this RFQ. TLMA seeks to establish an annual contract for Traffic Signal Parts. The County does not guarantee any item or any dollar amount will be purchased. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any discrepancy or technicality and to split or make the award in any manner determined by the County to be most advantageous to the County. Bidders are encouraged to submit their best price initially as County may award without negotiations. ALL unit prices must include shipping, handling, delivery, fuel surcharges and/or freight charges.
