Please take notice that Knappett Projects Inc, acting as the Construction Manager for the Township of Esquimalt, will be receiving bids from qualified subtrades for all subtrade scopes of work for the following project:Esquimalt Public Safety Building 500 Park Place, Esquimalt, British ColumbiaThe work of this project generally involves construction of a 4-bay fire hall with various auxiliary and support spaces. The building is of hybrid cast-in-place concrete and steel construction with three storeys above grade, and one storey below grade.
