1 of 1 Wake Technical Community College Bid #130-WTCC9146C Previously Bid # 130-WTCC9140C Project #2303 – Eastern Wake Site Public Safety Simulation Complex Re-Bid NOTICE TO TRADE SUBCONTRACTORS ADVERTISEMENT FOR REBID: Sealed proposals will be received by Balfour Beatty/YES, for the Wake Tech Public Safety Simulation Complex Project at the Eastern Wake 4.0 Campus in Wendell, NC. Bids for the following packages will be opened on Jan 28th, 2022 at 9:00AM for the following Bid Packages: BP14A Elevators, BP31B Fencing, BP33A Site U/G Mechanical Piping. All bids will be received and opened publicly at Room 210 in Building E on Scott Northern Wake Campus (7151 Success Way, Raleigh, NC 27616). Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. Bids may be hand delivered to Room 210 in Building NE on Scott Northern Wake Campus from 8am-9am on Jan 28th , 2022 for the 9:00am bid opening. All interested parties are advised that the prequalified bidders list will be finalized and made available via the issuance of a project addendum no less than 7 days prior to bid. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation wherever possible in their respective bid submission. Minority Business is a part of this contract and must comply with the State of North Carolina General Statutes. The CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all proposals.
