INTENT:  
The intent of this Bid Sync Solicitation is to establish pricing agreement for Small Engine Equipment Parts and Supplies (equal or equivalent to if part has been discontinued or given another part number by manufacture) for all catalog categories to provide a discount rate for related supplies not listed.  

This solicitation / award will have (2) optional (1) year renewals under the same price and T&C's.

The Supplemental Pricing information sheet is the last page of the Quick Quote T&C's document - attached in the documents section of this solicitation.



MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME Times listed for Q and A and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.


EVALUATION AND AWARD Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department.  Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.


COMMUNICATION All questions must be submitted through 
 
PeriscopeS2G   ONLY by the date and time listed in the bid.

Parts will be purchased through out the year as needed for repairs. Please see the attachment titled "FCD & MCDOT Parts List" for item specifications (list of the most frequently ordered supplies) and complete the pricing spreadsheet. The vendor shall also provide the percentage discount for all non-listed items as well as Markup Pricing.

Please review the terms and conditions, fill out and sign (not electronically) the Maricopa County Tactical Quick Quote Supplemental Pricing Information attachment. Shipping Terms are: FOB destination to zip code 85009.
