Port of Long Beach - Board of Harbor Commissioners Office Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The Commission Office is seeking a firm to provide both domestic and foreign travel services for group or individual travel by the Board of Harbor Commissioners, POLB staff and/or other government officials, including but not limited to:  Book ground and air transportation (such as airfare, car service, shuttle, and car rental);  Hotel/lodging reservations;  Obtaining passenger tickets, if needed;  Arranging last-minute changes to itinerary due to flight cancellation, passenger requested change, etc.;  Providing travel information and organizing itineraries and schedules;  Assisting with passport, visa, and vaccination requirements when necessary; and  Adhere to the Port’s travel policy.
