 BACKGROUND The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a responsibility to Relocate, Store, Maintain and Dispose of seized and/or forfeited Vehicles throughout the United States. This requirement is for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, District of Oregon, District of Idaho and District of Montana, specifically.REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)The USMS is posting this announcement as an RFI only, for the upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. This RFI is issued for the purpose of identifying the availability of potential qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirement. The solicitation will be for the Towing, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Vehicles to the General Public as a customary business practice in the Seattle, Washington, Spokane Washington and Portland, Oregon metropolitan areas. The Vehicle services contract will be for a
Base Period and Four (4) one-year options periods.There are three (3) locations of Contract Performance:i) Within 40 Road Miles of USMS, Western District of Washington, 700 Stewart Street, Suite 9000, Seattle, Washington 98101ii) Within 40 Road Miles of USMS, Eastern District of Washington, 920 W. Riverside Ave., Spokane, Washington 99201; and,iii) Within 40 Road Miles of USMS, District of Oregon, 1000 SW 3rd Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204-2902.If you are interested in the upcoming solicitation, provide a capability statement addressing your company's ability to provide the related services.
