NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following: Northshore Drive/Edgewater Lane Stormwater Improvements Project UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday June 23, 2020 At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live via GoToMeeting) and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County Public Works Stormwater Division is requesting bids for the Northshore Drive/Edgewater Lane Stormwater Improvements Project. This project provides for the installation of a stormwater treatment vault on Northshore Road near Edgewater Lane near Bellingham, Washington, and other work, as

further described in the bid documents. Further information is contained in the bid forms and specifications, which may be downloaded at no charge from the Whatcom County Purchasing website at http://www.whatcomcounty.us/Bids.aspx , see “Related Documents” at the bottom of the bid posting page. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Whatcom County encourages disadvantaged, minority and women owned firms to respond.
