MBEB 11-1001 Maintain Kegelman AAF- Tree Removal

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Removal of trees and shrubs at or below ground level at the locations shown on the plans. Other items include but are not limited to application of growth inhibitor to the stump immediately after to the tree is removed, disposal of the wood chips, seeding of all bare and disturbed areas, and brush hogging of the site, and grading of ground areas.  There will be Site Survey at the Kegeleman Auxiliary Airfield in Jet, OK Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.  If inclement weather occurs, the Site Survey will be rescheduled for Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The Pre-Bid date and Response Day will be available during the posting of the solicitation for this project.  If you are interested in attending, please send an email with the name of person (s) and company's name to teddy.thomas@ctr@us.af.mil or willard.vinson.ctr@us.af.mil Not later than 18 June 2018 at 5:00p.m.          Notice to Offeror (s)/Supplier (s):  Funds are not presently available for this effort.  No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.  The ASRC Federal & Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals.  In the event of cancellation of this solicitation ASRC Federal & Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.    Qualifications: The contractor whose bid was in substantial conformity to the Specifications and Plans and who have satisfactory previous experience in the types of work contained in this solicitation and have a successful track record performing the types of work contained in the project.
