Contract Award.Description/Scope:Robins AFB has a requirement for the construction of a breakroom and administrative area within the northeast annex of Building 125. The work includes construction of a new second floor structure with kitchen, snack bar and dining area on the first floor and administrative area on the new second floor. The existing freight elevator shall be removed and replaced with a new passenger elevator. An existing exterior stairway shall be demolished and replaced with a new stairway. Mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, fire alarm and communications systems are included and incidental related work.Period of Performance: 18 MonthsIn accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of construction for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured via FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding Procedures.Notes: 1.
