Subject Matter of Procurement Procurement Name: Laboratory Analytical Testing Services Procurement Number: COSe22-0436 Procurement Description: The City of Saskatoon Environmental Laboratory (COS-EL) and Water Laboratory (COS-WL) seek analytical services which include tests performed using sophisticated instruments such as LCP-MS, GC-MS, etc., unavailable at the labs and managing workload during emergency/upset conditions. 2. Time-Frame for Delivery, Duration of Contract and Extension Options It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded December 2022 The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one-year periods. 5.
