Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Attorney General is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to LexisNexis Canada Inc (the “ Supplier”).The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below. This contract is for Lexis+, which offers online access to a comprehensive Canadian legal research database. Lexis+ is the new version of Lexis Advance Quicklaw. This legal research database encompasses primary and secondary sources of the law, including court and tribunal decisions, legislation, broad collections of leading law e-books, journal articles and indices, citators, and case digests. It also includes legal current awareness services and strong search interfaces. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
