The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Service at the Reno Nevada Air Traffic Control Tower (RNO ATCT) The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as an attachment in Section J.This acquisition is a set aside for certified 8(a) small businesses. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561730.Site visits are planned for April 10, 2024 at 1:00 pm local time.Please email the Contract Specialist at Anna.F.Glover@faa.gov with the names of those attending and the name of the company they are representing, no later than April 8, 2024 by 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees. Contact information for the facility POC will be provided upon confirmation of attendance.The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to

answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the SIR instructions. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer.
