Description

The Iowa Child Abuse Prevention Program ICAPP is the Agency’s primary approach to the prevention of Child Maltreatment. The purpose of this Request for Proposals RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Bidders for the delivery of statewide administrative support services to establish, expand, support, and evaluate local community-based Child
Maltreatment prevention Projects for the Iowa Department of Human Services, pursuant to Iowa Code § 235A.1. The Agency seeks qualified Bidders to implement effective strategies to reduce the rate of Child Maltreatment in Iowa and to increase Protective Factors for families at an increased Risk of Child abuse or neglect. The successful Bidder shall administer a comprehensive Program to include a continuum of both Primary and Secondary Prevention efforts.
