The United States Army Reserve Medical Command (AR-MEDCOM) is seeking a Vendor to submit a proposal to provide and install a sophisticated audio tele-conferencing (ATC) for the Assembly Hall, within the C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center, located at 2801 Grand Avenue, Pinellas Park, Florida 33782.2.         SCOPEThe Vendor shall be responsible for providing all material, labor and parts.   a.         Vendor shall be responsible the installation all new equipment and for the removal and disposal of all packing materials. They will also be responsible for unmounting existing equipment which will be stored with the current hand receipt holders of said equipment. b.         For the wireless mic system vendor should furnish and install the following:•           4 Quad-Channel Digital Wireless Receivers•           1 Antenna Distribution System•           2 Active Directional Antennas•           12 Wireless Gooseneck Base Transmitters•           12 Digital Handheld
Transmitters•           12 Digital Bodypack Transmitters•           12 Supercardiod TQG Lavalierc.         For the Mixer the vendor should furnish and install the following:•           40 Channel Digital Rackmount Mixer•           1 Dante Audinate Dante Expansion Module or equivalent•           16-input/output Stage box•           4 16-port or 24-port ethernet gigabit switch (for Dante and AES50 audio networks/redundancies) or equivalent d.         For the Line Array speakers the vendor should furnish and install the following:•           6-A Active Line Array Module•           2 12-AS Active Flyable High Power Subwoofer or•           4 10-A Active Line Array Module•           2 15-AS Active Flyable High Power Subwoofer or•           6 Meyer Sound LINA Active Line Array cabinets or equivalent •           2 Meyer Sound 750-LFC Active Subwoofer or equivalent•           1 Meyer Sound Galileo Galaxy Audio Processing unit or equivalentor•           4 JBL VRX932LAP 12" 2-way Powered Line Array or equivalent 2 JBL VRX918SP 18"cHigh Power Flying Subwoofer or equivalent•           6 L'Acoustics KIVA II passive line array speakers or equivalent•           2 L'Acoustics SB15m Compact Subwoofer or equivalente.         System shall be compatible for use with Microsoft teams. f.          System shall be cable to amplify in person conferences while simultaneously streaming over Microsoft teams.g.         System shall have the capability to be controlled remotely thru touch screen interface.h.         In order to allow the highest quality ATC system performance, while providing fast and simple operation, without exposed cabling, the selected vendor shall design and install a custom system that provides excellent coverage and intelligibility with a sleek, modern style.i.          The ATC system must be designed and installed with existing room infrastructure, without any required room modifications.j.          The AR-MEDCOM is responsible for data and power connections for the ATC system.k.         The AR-MEDCOM will provide uninterrupted access to all rooms necessary for installation of the audiovisual system during normal business hours, with necessary escorts, for the duration of the installation.  This includes any documentation required by the Client's Security Department to allow Vendor and Vendor subcontractors to bring in the tools, test equipment and laptops necessary to install and complete the installation.l.          The AR-MEDCOM will provide directions for motor vehicle access, parking of work vehicles and clear and easy access to the loading docks.m.        The AR-MEDCOM will provide Contacts on-site authorized to sign for receipts of equipment and assign secure storage for equipment and tools.n.         The AR-MEDCOM will ensure that no other activity is scheduled for the rooms involved in the audiovisual installation.  This is especially critical during final testing and set up.o.         Client shall sign the completion and final completion forms.p.         Period of performance shall be 30 Days for vendor to install and have equipment fully operational.  q.         Vendor shall:1)         Develop system build drawings.2)         Assign a dedicated project manager to coordinate site scheduling with the Client's point of contact to assure logical installation flow progression.3)         Plan installation crew scheduling.4)         Order and stage ATC system equipment.5)         Vendor will provide and install a new unified AV control system that will feature a wireless 5.7” touch panel.
