The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 1C, Block 3, consisting of approximately 8,665.00 square feet (ADA-72792), at Umiat Airport for seven (7) years. Applicant: Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Annual rent: $1,135.12 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: fuel tank storage of 3,000-gallon 100 LL fuel for fueling of Lessees aircraft.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., December 18, 2023, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
