The City of Pittsburg is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide third party plan check services for the City's Building Inspection Division. The selected firm(s) will work with the Chief Building Official, Building Inspection Supervisor, or other designated staff to review plans and documents for code compliance on an as-needed basis.
To be considered, responses must be received by Jill Hecht

srose@pittsburgca.gov no later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
Review of responses received is expected to be completed by October 29, 2021, followed soon after by selection of firms. Services would begin in December 2021. Please review the attachments to this email, and let me know if you have any questions. If your firm is interested in submittal qualifications, please submit it before the deadline.
