Proposals should include plans for district community and local stakeholder outreach, council workshop(s), department meetings and employee feedback. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. PST on September 30, 2022 and must be submitted through PlanetBids. Proposals received after this time or via email/fax will not be considered. Other Details The City of Chula Vista intends to enter into a professional consultant services agreement with the selected consultant team to provide professional services in establishing the City of Chula Vista’s Five-Year Citywide Strategic Plan.
