The City of Palm Desert (“ City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) for Architectural Design and Structural Engineering Services for the Portola Community Center (“Services”) to establish a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement").To serve and promote the welfare of its residents, the City intends to procure the Services, as described below.The building was built in 1963 and is in need of an interior rennovationBackgroundThe City is a charter city in the State of California. It is located in the Coachella Valley in eastern Riverside County, part of the low desert region of Southern California.
