RFQu: Qu24-01 DESCRIPTION: North Landfill Infrastructure Construction QUESTION DUE DATE & TIME: March 25, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. (MT) RECORDING DATE & TIME: April 9, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. (MT) This RFQu is intended to establish a list of pre-qualified General Contractors to bid on the upcoming North Landfill Infrastructure Construction Project approximately five miles to the north of the town limits of Wellington, Colorado. The North Landfill Infrastructure Construction Invitation to Bid (ITB) is expected to be issued in the late spring/early summer of 2024. NO CONTRACT CAN BE MADE FROM THIS RFQu. The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will only be accepting Statements of Qualifications electronically submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (Bidnet Direct) portal, at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/larimer-county/, up to the RECORDING DATE and TIME referenced above, at

which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened, to consider creating a list of pre-qualified General Contractors to bid on the upcoming North Landfill Infrastructure ITB, which we anticipate releasing in May of 2024.
