Athletic Field Turf Management Services, RFQ 633796

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to perform turf management functions on various Loudoun County elementary and middle school athletic fields for Loudoun County and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) (collectively, referred to as “County Athletic Fields”). The County reserves the right to change the number of fields during the Contract Term. County Athletic Fields that will be added and/or deleted from the Contract shall be at the same rate/cost as the bid herein.Bidders shall provide pricing to install irrigation wells as described in the typical task contained in Attachment #1 – Price List. Bidders shall provide an itemized cost for all drilling costs.
