The Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Purchasing Department on behalf of the Quality Management department is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for a software solution to track and monitor safety issues and drive patient safety programs and performance improvements. The purpose of this RFI is to determine if there are vendors/providers that can provide a system with the available solutions that will enhance the quality management andpatient safety teams’ ability to proactively track, trend and improve quality, safety, and risk management programs.
