Scope of Work The scope for the Project includes the Work required to design, permit, and construct the EWTP Membrane Treatment Facilities and make the redesigned plant ready for operation. Services to be provided include but are not limited to planning, engineering evaluation, Project management, scheduling, coordination, preparing cost estimates, administering the Project and all other Work necessary for a completed Project. The Project will involve substantial new construction as well as refurbishing or modification of existing components and systems in order to produce a fully functional treatment process. A preliminary design report (“PDR”) is attached to the RFQ (reference Attachment “A”).
