2023-01 Portland-Metro Campus Additive Manufacturing Lab Remodel

For the Additive Manufacturing Lab remodel, interior improvements include adding a new hallway within laboratory storage 156 that leads into the student commons, (2) two sets of double doors, (1) one single door (within a 1-hour rated wall), and (1) one single door into storage 161as well as a new continuous fume hood system (under separate permit) within the additive manufacturing lab 151. Other improvements include select demolition, finish upgrades, minor lighting, electrical and mechanical modifications. The construction type and use will remain the same.
