All square footage figures stated within this RFP are estimated. Contractors are responsible for verifying the
square footage during the mandatory job-walk prior to the submission deadline. Proposers shall provide services in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Prior to submitting a proposal, Contractors are advised to carefully read this RFP in its entirety. To be eligible to submit a proposal, Contractors MUST be registered with the California Labor Commissioner - Division of Labor Standards Enforcement as per California Labor Code 1420 - 1434. Registration must be current and valid at the time of proposal submission, and shall remain current and valid through the life of any subsequent contract.
