This Sources Sought Notice is for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit issued in accordance with FAR 5.101. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources for providing services at Kayenta Health Center and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award OR to prelude a solicitation expected to be issued from closure of notice.Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide Annual Preventative Maintenance Services for the (2) Primus Autoclave Medical Equipment Sanitizers in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW)Duration of Requirement: DOA – 03/31/2024Place of Performance: Kayenta Health Center, Highway 160 South of Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033.Instructions to Industry: All capable parties are encouraged to respond.
