The vendor chosen must comply with all applicable laws and administrative rules governing the operation of these programs, and all specifications of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The vendor selection process for this RFP will be a best-value selection process. MMB anticipates a two-year contract with the chosen vendor beginning July 1, 2024. Extensions to the contract may be considered by the state on a year-to-year basis to a total maximum contract period of five years. Cost proposal instructions: responders must enter a price

of $.01 in the Price per Unit field for Line 1 in order to submit a response to the RFP. Responders must also complete and upload all attached appendices. THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. Your bid is not submitted until you select the ‘Submit Bid’ button.
