OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for elevator and equipment maintenance at the VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC. See attached draft Performance Work Statement and below scope of work. Forward all questions to the Contract Specialist identified below. SCOPE OF WORK The VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC provides diagnostic and therapeutic services in medicine, surgery, rehabilitation medicine, psychiatry, and skilled nursing home care. The contract shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary to fully maintain, keep functional and perform regular scheduled preventive maintenance on the below referenced equipment. This will include one monthly Inspections, assistance during Semi-Annual safety inspections, completion of 5-year load test, preventive maintenance, repairs and maintenance in a manner that ensures safe and continuous operation of all listed equipment in accordance with commercial practices and manufactures specifications and recommendations (ANSI/ASME A17) and unlimited 24-hour Emergency Callback Service at no additional charge to the government.
