The Town of Chapin Utilities Department invites proposals for the printing and mailing of Water and Sewer Utility bills. Bills will be processes on a monthly basis, occurring during the first week of each month. The number of bills to be printed and mailed monthly is currently approximately 5,500.Please include the completion time once billing file is received, considering these are time sensitive and will be required to be mailed out within one (1) business day of receiving file from Chapin Utilities.
