23-04-C Fowler Ave & Olive Ave Intersection Improvements The work to be done consists, in general, of installing a new traffic signal, reconstructing the pavement, and widening the intersection of Fowler Avenue and Olive Avenue. The work will also include signing, striping, and pavement marking. Two new drain inlets with storm drain pipe are included as part of the work. The contractor is responsible for coordination with utility companies, the City of Fresno, and the Fresno Municipal Flood Control District. The DBE Contract Goal is 22 percent.
