Project bids on May 5th, 2022, at 1:30pm. This contract provides for the improvement of Mill Creek Road MP 1.10 to MP 3.96, by constructing block wall, installing new culverts, grading, placing crushed surfacing, HMA and other work. Utility relocations shall take place concurrently with construction. Work is anticipated to start early June 2022 with 100 working days to complete, project requires a 10% DBE Goal as a Condition of Award.
