METHOD OF AWARD: Solely determined by Elizabeth City Pasquotank Public Schools, qualified bids will be evaluated and acceptance will be made to the lowest and best bid most advantageous to Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools as determined upon such considerations as: prices offered, the quality of articles offered; the general reputation and performance capabilities of the bidders, the substantial conformity with the specifications and other conditions set forth in the bid; the suitability of the articles for intended use; the standardization and compatibility with Elizabeth City -Pasquotank Public Schools operations, the related services needed; the date or dates of delivery and performance; and such other factors as deemed by Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools to be pertinent or peculiar to the purchase in question. Unless otherwise specified by Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools or the bidder, Elizabeth City- Pasquotank Public Schools reserves the right to accept any item or group of items on a multi-item bid.
