Media Planning and Buying Services The City of Calgary is seeking an experienced service provider for media planning and buying services. Services include, but are not limited to the following:
a.    Media planning;
b.    Media buying;
c.    Training; and
d.    Strategic media consulting
The proponent selected for negotiations will be requested to enter into an Agreement with The City for the provision of the services. The initial term of agreement is one (1) year, with two (2) options to renew the agreement on the same terms and conditions for (2) additional years for a potential total term of five (5) years.
This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
