The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received, and to accept any or all portions of a bid is deemed to be in the best interest of the District. The Invitation to Bid implies no obligation on the part of the District, and the District's silence does not imply any acceptance or rejection of any bid

or quotation offer. The District reserves the right to select a bid with higher prices than the lowest of all prices received if, in the District's opinion, interests will be best served by such bid. Sixth St. St. Charles MO 63301 Attn: Jeremy Shields GENERAL INFO: Purpose of Bid: The City of St. Charles School District desires to solicit bids to contract with a vendor to deliver tanker loads of approximately 45,000 gallons of Diesel fuel, and approximately 40,000 gallons of unleaded on an “as needed” basis. The loads will have to be pumped as this is an above ground tank. For bid purposes, bidders will indicate a markup per gallon by fuel type to be added to the OPIS published Low price for the St. Louis Area Wholesale Suppliers. The District is exempt from Federal Fuel Taxes, do not include them in this bid. Note: The District will pay the most recent OPIS published low price for the fuel received plus the listed mark-up per gallon.
