RFI for LMAP

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is issued a Request for Information (RFI) for the Learning Management Support SErvices (LMSS)  contract on the unclassified ARC.  Direction for obtaining and account can be found on the ARC's website at https://acq.westfields.net/.
The RFI is issued in accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997), with the purpose of assisting the Government in developing the highest quality solicitation and acquisition possible that will meet the mission needs of the agency. Accordingly, industry is requested to provide its response to the RFI.
The objective of LMSS is to provide the GEOINT Enterprise with highest quality learning solutions that support NGA mandatory training requirements, GEOINT analysis, and workforce professional development.  The full RFI is posted on the unclassified ARC at https://acq.westfields.net/. 
This RFI is not a solicitation and NGA is not requesting proposals at this time. Therefore, it shall not be constructed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government for costs incurred in the preparation and submittal of proposals in anticipation of a contract.
It is the responsibility of the prospective interested party to monitor the internet sites for any releases of information (if any) pertaining this effort.
