RFP for Lead Paint Abatement Program Design Consultant

The City of Oakland, Department of Housing & Community Development is seeking a consultant to provide program design services for the creation of a lead-based paint abatement program. This consultant will craft a blueprint for how the City can use approximately $12 million to reduce lead-based paint hazards through physical abatement and other strategies. This analysis will include an evaluation of existing City and non-City lead abatement programs and conclude with recommendations for how the City or a City-funded nonprofit partner can equitably identify and serve Oakland residents affected by lead-based paint
