FACILITIES SUPPORT SERVICES - HAWAII This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The US Geological Survey - Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, requires a general labor at several sites that are or will be part of operations as described in the Statement of Work (see P. 11). These services are subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards. A Site Visit is scheduled for 12/18/2019 as described on P. 10.
