The PROPSIM F32 is lab equipment in use by the NIWCAtlantic and is only manufactured, licensed, and supported by Keysight. This supportlicense is to ensure we receive engineering support, maintain hardware maintenance andsoftware and firmware updates to the system. The NAICS Code is 335999 and the SmallBusiness Size Standard is $34,000,000.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible sourcebelieving that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal,or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWARE-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 12:00 PM EST, 23June 2023.
