The Department of Family and Community Services, Division of Office of Children's Services, seeks proposals from eligible applicants to provide services through the Youth Interim Services Program. Locations: All Regions excluding Anchorage The specific services sought for the Youth Interim Services are: Stabilization and assessment; Crisis intervention; Family mediation; Individual and group counseling; Service coordination with community resources as needed to meet the needs of the youth; Transportation coordination to school and other supportive services and resources; Temporary bed availability; Provide food and meals; Notification to OCS of youth in care who are in the custody of the SOA; Assist youth in participation of scheduled court appearances (if applicable); Provide supervision of medication management and delivery; Develop or assist in the creation and delivery of youth transition plan out of shelter.Funding: Funds available for this program are anticipated to total $120,000 per year in federal funds (Social Security Block Grant).To view details of this solicitation, including key dates and the contact person, please visit GEMS at
