Description

Scope of Services
The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) is seeking to improve and upgrade the overall audio and visual (AV) experience in the Board Chambers located at the San Bernardino Santa Fe Depot (Depot) located at 1170 W 3rd St, San Bernardino, CA 92410. 29 The Board Chambers is configured for monthly board and committee meetings and other events. In the Board Chambers, twenty-nine (29) and approximately five (5) key staff members sit at the center of the room. Tables have been arranged in a square shape to accommodate Board Members and staff sitting in this area. SBCTA invites qualified AV design consultant firms to submit a proposal that will provide full-service AV system design consulting services for a complete state-of-the-art upgrade for the SBCTA Chambers in order to improve communications within the Chambers as well as with the County residents viewing meetings from home via the internet.
