Keysight Software and Support

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for Keysight Node-locked perpetual license and Keysight Software and SCare software support in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Keysight Technologies, 1900 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs CO, 80907 and only authorize distributors due to the N5194326A Real-time PDW streaming License is unique to enable streaming on the Keysight hardware that is currently being utilizedin the lab. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893620Q0023and provide a capability statement that clearly

indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
