Market Survey/Request for Quotes -  For The Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Command and Control Communications (C3) DivisionIn accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1 this announcement is to conduct a Market Survey for the purpose of soliciting statements of interest and capabilities from potential vendors. The responses will not be released, except as required under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  Proprietary information that is appropriately marked will be protected in accordance with the FOIA.The FAA has a requirement to replace nine (9) Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems; three (3) floor-mounted and three (3) ceiling-mounted units at the FAA EOC located in Suite 350, 409 3rd ST SW, Washington, DC 20024 and three (3) Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the FAA HQ Penthouse UPS East and West rooms located at 800 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, DC  20591.The

responses to this market survey may result in the issuance of a Screening for Information Request (SIR) or a Directed Award (DA).  If there is an issuance of a SIR, the resultant award will be set-aide for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.  If the market survey responses result in a DA, the award will be set-aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business.The FAA requests the following from interested vendors:A submittal demonstrating your strategy/capability/methodology of performance in accordance with Section 2, “Description of Services” of the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. You response must not exceed 10 pages.
