Can have up to three (3) accounts that don t count against Pass Holder numbers. LiveClicks webinars (Adobe Connect platform) are run by VA facilitators. The webinar site is fully loaded with all facilitator materials managed by FranklinCovey. FranklinCovey has a fully dedicated All Access Pass (AAP) Tech Support Team. Will assist in working w/ local IT to address any issues. Response time is usually within an hour or two to an inquiry / request for assistance. VA administrators are able to monitor usage and completion reports for individuals and groups. AAP 2.0 portal availability in 16 different languages, new content, webcast series and new team functionality to put passholders into groups/teams/cohorts and assign each individual team content in alignment with their specific learning goals. FranklinCovey is able to monitor overall client activity for the client s account. The VA administrator will have access to user reports in MS Excel format on demand. Individual users will have access to their own learning history to track their progress. FranklinCovey provides an implementation specialist who will be available for up to 8 hours of virtual consultation to assist with general support, teaching content, and accessing facilitator/participant materials. The specialist will provide a kick-off session and also quarterly reviews (virtually) to touch base on questions, progress on goals and any other support needed. *VA intends to sole source this requirement for a base +4 option year contract. Franklin Covey is the sole source for this subscription. *
