The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide special inspections and associated field testing and laboratory services for the construction of the new Houston Middle School located at 12801 W. Hawk Lane, Houston, Alaska. Field and laboratory testing requirements are included in the construction bid documents, ITB 21-150 currently advertised on the MSB Procurement Portal. Construction is expected to begin May 2021 and will take approximately 14 months to complete.
