Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) plans to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price three year extension valued at $3,490,266,000 for the Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicles (FHTV) Contract W56HZV-15-D-0031. The anticipated Request for Proposal for this contract extension will be for New and Recapitalized (RECAP) Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks (HEMTTs), Palletized Load System (PLS) trucks, Heavy Equipment Transporters (HETs), PLS Trailers (PLSTs), and associated items. ACC-WRN plans to negotiate solely with Oshkosh Defense LLC (Oshkosh) as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" for fulfillment of this requirement.
