Leased Instructional and Vocational Space for Johnson Vocational Center RFP 24-259: The City of Syracuse (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from property owners and/or authorized representatives of commercial or institutional space located within the municipal boundary of Syracuse, NY to house instructional and vocational programming for the Syracuse City School District (the “District”). The District will be relocating the students from their existing site located at 571-81 East Genesee Street and South McBride Street (Tax Map No. 102.-04-01.0), currently used for instructional and vocational. The District is seeking proposals with particular emphasis placed on those that: 1) provide functionality for instructional and vocational programs; 2) offer accessibility for staff and community members; and 3) align with the City’s objective to achieve fiscal sustainability. The District is seeking approximately 30,000 to 40,000 square feet, designed to be occupied by up to 200 students attending instructional and vocational programs.
